Quinta da Côrte, LBV Port 2018

Quinta da Côrte is a historic estate in the Douro Valley, Portugal, renowned for producing exceptional port and table wines that reflect the region’s unique terroir. Nestled in the scenic hills near the village of Valença do Douro, this family-owned vineyard combines traditional winemaking practices with a commitment to quality and sustainability. LBV (Late Bottled Vintage) Port 2018 is made from a blend of Touriga Franca, Trincadeira and Tempranillo; all taken from the hot 2018 vintage and aged in oak for four years prior to release. An inviting nose of blackberry, cherry and plum is interwoven with notes of chocolate, spice, and violet. The palate is full-bodied with balanced acidity, helping the intensely fruity finish shine through.
